Group Captain Ram Kumar Ithikkat ( Retd )
CEO and MD

Group Captain Ram Kumar Ithikkat (Retd) is a second-generation Air Force officer. He did his initial schooling in various Kendriya Vidyalayas across India, before joining Stanes High School Coonoor and Bangalore Military School. A graduate of the National Defence Academy, Khadakvasala (73 Delta Squadron), he was commissioned into the flying branch of Indian Air Force in December 1988 (142 Pilot Course). He is a helicopter pilot with over 5700 hours of operational flying on almost all types on the Air Force inventory.

The Group Captain has served across all operational sectors flying Cheetah and Mi-17/Mi-17 1V helicopters in Jammu & Kashmir, Siachen Glacier and the North-East, and Mi 35 Attack Helicopters in Rajasthan and Punjab.

During Operation Vijay he flew missions on the Mi-17 helicopter in the Kargil Sector. The officer has flown the highest VVIPs of our country and foreign governments extensively whilst operating in Air HQ Communication Squadron. The Group Captain has flown combat missions in Attack Helicopters in the UN Peace Enforcement Mission in Congo against rebel forces.

A graduate of the Defence Services Staff College, Wellington, he has commanded a Mobile Observation Flight as a Squadron Leader. As a Detachment Commander, he deployed Surface to Air Missile Combat Vehicles on the LoC during Operation Parakram serving in Highly Active Field Areas (HAFA). He has commanded a Combat Squadron as a Wing Commander and an Air Force Station as a Group Captain. He worked extensively with Octopus and Andhra Police on the development of Coastal Defence and Airfield Security. The Group Captain has been awarded Citations by the Chief of Air Staff twice for recovering a helicopter from engine failure, and for devotion to duty.

As his parents were unwell and required extensive medical treatment and personal care, Group Captain Ram Ithikkat sought premature separation from IAF in Apr 2016 on compassionate grounds. Ever since retirement, Group Captain Ram Ithikkat has been the CEO of his Security Agency providing Security Services to the Corporate Sector in Delhi NCR and the states of Haryana, Rajasthan, and Karnataka.

Colonel P S Herr ( Retd )

Colonel Pawanjeet Singh Herr ( Retd ) is a fourth generation Army Officer. An alumni of National Defence Academy, the officer was commissioned into the Second Battalion of Rajputana Rifles in Dec 1988. During his service, Col Herr has served largely in the Counter Terrorism roles in Jammu and Kashmir and the Northeast including a tenure of Peace Enforcement in Katanga Province in the Democratic Republic of Congo. The officer was selected for the Army Aviation Corps and has served as a helicopter pilot in the Northeast and Siachen Glacier.

The officer commanded the 17 th Battalion of the Rajputana Rifles in the field. An accomplished and result oriented leader, he has over 34 years of multi domain experience in Security, Business Development, Administration and Facility Management, HR, Aviation, and Medical Services.

With proven leadership, he has commanded various establishments for over ten years. Having executed a senior role in a Security Operations company, he now owns his own Security Solutions company managing multiple security contracts, across Northern India. This vast domain experience and knowledge lends him a perceptive and keen consultant status in Security matters. In his position as Consultant Director, his experience in conflict resolution and compliance adherence are vital for RKISA.

Capt. M. Subramanian
Consultant

Captain Mahadev Subramanian graduated from the National Defence Academy and was commissioned into the Indian Navy on 01 Jan 89. The officer is a Clearance Diving Officer (CDO) and a Marine Commando (MARCO). Capt Subramanian has held a number of key operational appointments both in field (J&K and North-East), and staff and command. As a MARCOs officer, he has worked extensively in joint operations with Indian Army Special Forces and IAF’s Garuds.
The officer was the Command Special Operations and Diving Officer (CSOD) in Headquarters Eastern Naval Command in Vizag. Capt Subramanian commanded INS Abhimanyu, the premier institution of the Marine Commandos. During this tenure he raised training standard to very high levels, the results of which were seen in when repulsing the 26/11 Mumbai Terror attack.

The Captain has has held prestigious appointments onboard ships having commanded a Fast Attack Craft in the Far Eastern Command in 2002-03 besides being the Executive Officer of the indigenously built guided missile frigate Brahmaputra. The officer has also served onboard IN Ships Viraat, Kumbhir and Gharial. After completing his post-graduation in Science and Defence Strategy, Capt Subramanian commanded the Escape Training School (ETS) at INS Satavahana, Visakhapatnam. He has to his credit the modification of 30 m ETS tower enabling escape training using SEIE Mk 11 for Kalvari class submarines.
The officer’s forte lie in Anti-Terror and Anti-Piracy operations. From training personnel to threat assessment and risk mitigation, Capt Subramanian has specialized in strategizing security operations. As a Consultant Director, his expertise is vital to RKISA’s Concept of Operations and future expansion.

Shaurya Ithikkat
Managing Director

Shaurya Ithikkat is an alumnus of Scottish High International School where he completed his IB Diploma Course scoring over 82%. During his sporting career, he was awarded the Best Sportsman at SHIS (2010, 2011, 2012, 2013) excelling in athletics, football and basketball at the national level. In 2025, he was selected in an all-India trial of over 200 participants for DF (Duestches Fussball Internat) which is an international football training institute located in Bad Aibling, Germany. Shaurya trained at DFI for a year, in Germany. Shaurya is proficient in German having cleared his diplomas at the B1 level. In his efforts to play for the Indian Under-17 team, Shaurya was on a successful path. However, an injury and domestic compulsions cut short his progress.

Shaurya then turned to his secondary passion of Business Management. He completed his three-year degree in Business Management Studies from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) at Mumbai. In his third year he was offered a position as a Manager in Digital Marketing at Neon Digital Media Pvt Ltd. Within three months he was made independently in charge of setting up advertisement accounts on Facebook, Google, and other platforms. Two years since, he is now the head of strategic operations for Neon Digital which has since been acquired by Wondrlab Pvt Ltd and is now based out of Mumbai. As Managing Director at RKISA, Shaurya Ithikkat uses his forte of Digital Marketing and Strategic operations for RKISA’s growth.
